We want you to love what you receive, and quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error, damage, or visible quality issue with a product, we’ll work with you to replace it or issue a refund.

Made-to-Order Products
All merchandise is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept general returns, exchanges, or sizing-related returns. Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order.
If a product arrives with a verified quality issue, you have 30 days from delivery to contact us for a replacement or resolution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be edited or canceled before they go into production using the link in your confirmation email. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or changed.
Donations & Tips
Donations and tips are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Once a donation or tip has been completed at checkout, it cannot be refunded.
Membership Subscriptions
Memberships can be canceled at any time through your Billing page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. The current subscription period is non-refundable.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to calculate these fees in advance.
